Current training offerings are listed below:

CERT (Community Emergency Response Training)

The Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) program educates volunteers about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. CERT offers a consistent, nationwide approach to volunteer training and organization that professional responders can rely on during disaster situations, which allows them to focus on more complex tasks. Through CERT, the capabilities to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters is built and enhanced.

Self Defense

Self Defense strategies that are field tested and proven for surviving real world attacks. This course is designed to enhance your personal development in the combination of using verbalization techniques with physical alternatives designed to be effective for you regardless of your physical size and strength, concentrating on power development, striking and kicking techniques, and use of anatomically correct techniques that allow for the natural movement of limbs without twisting and bending for control. Student will be issued a certificate for Surviving Personal Attacks.

Basic and Advance Swimming Classes

In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all parts of your swimmer’s life. Our progressive teaching approach allows the swimmer to learn to swim comfortably at an individual pace while creating a learning environment that allows for maximum skill retention. 


CPR course teaches individuals how to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults, infants and children. With proper CPR you will learn how to recognize and respond to emergencies, breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants and conscious and unconscious choking for all ages.

Disaster Preparedness

Disaster Preparedness training will teach individuals how to help prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies.
